We are pleased to inform you that, through the Department of Education and the Education Authority, our school has been provided with a defibrillator.
The defibrillator is located in the main hallway, mounted on the wall beside the toilets. The cabinet is not locked and the defibrillator is connected to The Circuit. It is available for use during school opening hours should it ever be required.
All staff have been trained to use the defibrillator and are fully first-aid trained. The equipment is checked monthly, and its status is recorded on The Circuit.
